OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to crushing hazards: On or about July 18, 2018, and at times prior to, employees were exposed to crushing hazards when backing down and unloading the Scag V-ride stand up lawnmowers, model SVR52V-26FX, from enclosed equipment trailers.
