Location: Jobsite entrances and between the first and second floors, 49 Beaumont Street, Canton, MA Instance a) The stairs used to enter the first floor at 49 Beaumont Street were not equipped with at least one handrail. Instance b) The stairs going from the first floor to the second floor were not equipped with a handrail.
