Pool area: Employees working with hazardous pool chemicals such as muriatic acid, calcium hypochlorite, etc. were not provided training on the physical and health hazards of the chemicals, or the measures to protect themselves from the hazards including; specific work procedures, emergency procedures, and personal protective equipment to be used.
