29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(D): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the requirements for testing a machine or equipment to determine and verify the effectiveness of lockout devices, tagout devices, and other energy control measures: 30 liter polisher machines; U.S. Tsubaki, 106 Lonczak Dr., Chicopee, Massachusetts; On and before June 18, 2018 the employer's energy control procedures for the 30 liter polishing machines did not provide for a method to verify the pressure was released from the barrel after opening the relief nut and prior to opening the barrel at the end of the polishing cycle.
