29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (a) ContractOne, Inc. at 105 Base Camp Circle, Granby, CO 80446: On or before June 14, 2018, the employer did not develop, implement, and maintain a written hazard communication program which at least described how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met, and which also included a hazardous chemicals list and methods used to inform employees of the hazards of non-routine tasks. Chemicals used at the site included Diesel Fuel, Gasoline, 27-XL Pipe Joint Lubricant, ProSelect Pipe Joint Lubricant, TMTC6 Tapping Compound, Solvent Based Spray Paint, Roberts Wood Flooring Adhesive, and Easy Sand 5 Patching Compound. This condition exposed employees to chemical hazards. Note: 1926.59 states that the requirements applicable to construction work under this section are identical to those set forth at 1910.1200.
