29 CFR 1910.213(d)(1): Circular handfed crosscut table saw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut Shop area in warehouse; On or about 6/12/18, a portable circular table saw was being used without a guard over the blade. The saw is used to make cuts when repairing furniture.
