29 CFR 1910.335(b)(1): 29 CFR 1910.335(b)(1): Safety signs, safety symbols, or accident prevention tags were not used where necessary to warn employees about electrical hazards which may endanger them: a) Kearny #12 gas compressor MCC The bolted Panel used as a barrier inside Siemen's MCC was not marked as DANGER - HIGH Voltage, to warn employees of the danger from 4160 volt supply line. On 5/29/18, an employee removed the bolted panel to perform troubleshooting and was burned on both arms when testing meter shorted after touching 4160V to ground causing an arc flash. Condition occurred on or about 5/29/2018
