29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: On or about 5/18/2018, at 1975 Old Covington Road NE, Conyers, GA: A written hazard communication plan was not developed where employees are required to work with chemicals such as but not limited to: heavy degreaser, DEF diesel exhaust fluid, brake cleaner, engine oil, and other chemicals as a part of their daily duties. Safety data sheets were provided during the walk-around inspection.
