29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasions: a) At Embed Shop: On or about May 9, 2018 and at times prior; the employer exposed his employees to electrical hazards in that a light installed with flexible conduit had pulled away from the junction box exposing his employees to fire hazards and shock hazards.
