29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Each authorized employee had not received training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control: a) At Sabel Steel, Dothan, Alabama : On May 9, 2018 and at times prior; the employer exposed his employees to potential hazardous energies in that employees were authorized to lock out equipment such as but not limited to Hydmech H22-A Bandsaw without first ensuring those employees were trained on how to do lockout/tagout on the machine.
