29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1)(iv): Electric equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause serious physical harm to employees, such as damaged electrical insulation: The employer is exposing employees to an electrical shock hazard while using electrical powered tools in the finishing area. This was most recently observed at 802 Allied Road, Bellevue, Nebraska on May 3, 2018 when an electrical power cord was observed with damaged outer insulation. This cord was being used in an outdoor location and was exposed to wet weather conditions.
