29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: On or about 3/6/18 in the Machine Shop; the employer allowed employees to operate the Amada Hydraulic Press Brake, the 367 VC Punch Press (model Apel10 III), and the Ellis Mitre Band Saw (model 1600), and the Adria Hydraulic Press, and the employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually.
