29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): The energy control procedure did not clearly and specifically specific procedural steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy: On or about 3/6/18 in the Machine Shop; the employer allowed employees to operate the Amada Hydraulic Press Brake, the 367 VC Punch Press (model Apel10 III), the Ellis Mitre Band Saw (model 1600) and the Adria Hydraulic Press without the use of machine-specific procedures to lock out and tag out the equipment.
