29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the scope, purpose, authorization, rules, and techniques to be utilized for the control of hazardous energy, including, but not limited to items of this section: The employer is failing to ensure that all potential energy source were addressed in the written energy control procedures exposing employees to heated product that could cause severe burns to the skin. This was most recently documented on February, 2 2018 at 402 N. 3rd Street, Norfolk, Nebraska. The employer failed to ensure that all potential energy sources were considered in the written specific procedures for the e-cooker hazardous energy sources such as but not limited to thermal and pressurized liquids.
