29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they used: On or about January 26, 2018, employees used chemicals such as, but not limited to, propane, lubricating oil and hydraulic fluid. There was no binder of safety data sheets found at the site. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
