29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7): Industrial trucks were not examined before being placed in service: On or about January 26, 2018, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards when forklifts that were used on a daily basis were only inspected on a weekly basis and received no inspections during October of 2017 when there was no maintenance employee at the site assigned to perform inspections. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
