29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: The employer is failing to train employees on the hazards associated with using and working with new chemicals in the work place. The most recent occurrence of this was documented during the inspection on January 9, 2018 of the facility located at 103 West 3rd St. Imperial, NE where the employer has an employee using a car wash cleaning product called Nu-Wall without having provided that employee with training on the specific hazards associated with using this chemical.
