29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: On or about December 17, 2017 and there prior, the employer mounted portable fire extinguishers behind air hose fittings and did not identify them with signage.
