29 CFR 1910.22(c): (c) Access and egress. The employer did not provide, and ensure each employee used, a safe means of access and egress to and from walking-working surfaces. The employer is failing to protect employee from hazards associated with impeded access and egress to and from walking-working surfaces. This was most recently documented on November 14, 2017, at the worksite located at 502 E. Old Highway 260, Birch Tree, Missouri; Finish Know Saw Area. Employees had to walk over conveyors and through troughs filled with wood scrap to access and depart their workstations for the following cut-off saws: a) Crosscut Solutions Inc.
