29 CFR 1910.212(a)(5): Fan guards had openings exceeding one-half (1/2) inch: On or about 11/16/2017, at the Double R Brand Foods facility located in Lufkin Texas, the employer did not ensure that the fan blades of the motor for evaporative condensers EC2 &EC4 were guarded with guards having openings no larger than one-half inch.
