29 CFR 1910.119(j)(2): The employer did not establish and implement written procedures to maintain the on-going integrity of process equipment. On or about November 16, 2017, at the Double R Brand Foods facility located in Lufkin Texas, the employer did not ensure that written procedures for testing or inspecting of process equipment were established and implemented including, but not limited to: a) Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI) for ammonia vessels and piping, b) Compressors safety cutouts, c) Engine room emergency ventilation, d) Emergency stop buttons, e) Control levels for pressure vessels.
