29 CFR 1910.333(c)(2): The employer did not ensure that only qualified persons were allowed to work on energized circuit parts or equipment that had not been de-energized under the procedures of paragraph (b) of this section: On or about January 08, 2018, at the above addressed job site, an employee who was not qualified to pull live wires and work in an energized electrical panel was exposed to an electrical hazard. NOTE: CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
