29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by approved cabinets of other forms of approved enclosures, or other means listed under this provision: a) Pallet Mill; On or about November 14, 2017 and at times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to electrical hazards in that employees were allowed to walk and work around exposed live conductors hanging from the ceiling from conduit exposing live 480 volt AC 3 phase.
