29 CFR 1910.137(c)(2)(viii): Electrical protective equipment was not subjected to periodic electrical tests. Test voltages and/or the maximum intervals between tests were not conducted in accordance with Table I-4 and Table I-5. (a) On or about November 15, 2017, Salisbury rubber insulating gloves, Class 00, Type I gloves rated to 500 volts AC, and used for work on or around energized electrical equipment, were not electrically tested every six (6) months (Last test date of April 7, 2016). (b) On or about November 15, 2017, Salisbury rubber insulating gloves, Class 00, Type I gloves rated to 500 volts AC, and used for work on or around energized electrical equipment, were not electrically tested every six (6) months (Last test date of July 22, 2015). (c) On or about November 15, 2017, Salisbury rubber insulating gloves, Class 0, Type I gloves rated to 1000 volts AC, and used for work on or around energized electrical equipment, were not electrically tested every six (6) months (Last test date of July 22, 2015). (d) On or about November 15, 2017, Salisbury rubber insulating gloves, Class 3, Type I gloves rated to 26,500 volts AC, and used for work on or around energized electrical equipment, were not electrically tested every six (6) months (Last test date of June 2016).
