29 CFR 1910.135(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee wear a protective helmet when working in areas where there is a potential for injury to the head from falling objects: a) Front Service Desk - on or about November 8, 2017, employees were exposed to overhead hazards from a vent cover not properly secured to the ceiling and the employer did not ensure affected employees wear protective helmets in the working area.
