29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven -7 feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: a) Big Shed - On or about October 24, 2017 and times prior to, guarding was not provided to protect employees from being caught between the chain and sprocket assembly at the end of the 14-foot truss press machine closest to the start/stop control box. b) Saw Shed - On or about October 24, 2017 and times prior to, guarding was not provided to protect employees from caught between the chain and sprocket assembly on the Clary #3 large component saw, opposite from the feeding end.
