29 CFR 1910.213(l)(2): Boring bits where not provided with guards that would enclose all portions of the bit and chuck above the material being worked. a) Frameless Building - Employees using the Ritter 4 bit drill were exposed to unguarded portions of the bits, on or about October 18th, 2017. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
