OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to being struck by vehicular traffic. a) 2 Porete Ave, North Arlington, NJ - Loading yard: The employer does not have a traffic control plan in the loading yard and exposed employees to a struck by hazard from vehicular traffic. On 10/13/2017, an employee was struck by a cement truck in the company loading yard and died from his injuries that he received on 11/8/2017.
