29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not ensure that Safety Data Sheets were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s) a) Throughout the facility - On or about October 17, 2017, and at times prior to, safety data sheets were kept in the office and were not easily accessible to employees. Employees used a variety of chemical products including but not limited to propane, Original Pig, sulfuric acid, Heptane, and Liquilube for maintenance, cleaning of the facility and forklift operation.
