29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): a) Thought the facility - On or about October 17, 2017, and at times prior to, employees used a variety of chemical products including but not limited to propane, Original Pig, sulfuric acid, heptane, and Liquilube for maintenance and forklift operation. A written hazard communication program was not developed to promote the safe handling and use of those chemicals.
