29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels and 50-feet (15.25 m) wide or less, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net system. (a) Top of roof of building #8 - On or about September 7, 2017 employees roofing a 4 story apartment building 41 feet high were not protected from falling by the use of a fall protection system.
