29 CFR 1910.177(c)(1): The employer did not provide a program to train all employees who service rim wheels in the hazards involved and the safety procedures to follow while servicing rim wheels: (a) Shop/Garage: On or about August 20, 2017, employee(s) were exposed to struck-by hazards in that the employer had not established and implemented a program to train employee in servicing single piece tire rims. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date, and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
