Honda Transmission Manufacturing of America, Inc. located in Russells Point, Ohio: On or about August 11, 2017, the employer did not assure the working surface on top of the dip well for furnace 1652 was free of hazards. An employee changing out a dip well filter stepped through a 6 inch wide opening and fell through into the 1200 degree F molten aluminum bath. No additional abatement information is needed for this item.
