29 CFR 1904.7(b)(3): When an injury or illness involved days away from work, the OSHA 300 Log of recordable work-related injuries and illnesses did not have an entry of the number of days away in the days away from work column. (a) 2901 Montrose Avenue, Laureldale Pennsylvania, 2017 OSHA 300 Logs - When the employer had injuries that resulted in days away from the job, the employer did not enter the number of days away on the OSHA 300 log, on or about August 10, 2017. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
