29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not ensure that safety data sheets were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s) (a) The safety data sheets available in the work area were those found next to the small filling line and did not include chemicals that were used in the powder room such as sodium carbonate peroxyhydrate, acetone, anhydrous citric acid, sodium metasilicate pentahydrate, zeolite, sodium silicate, anhydrous sodium sulfate, sodium alkylaryl sulphonate, trisodium citrate dihydrate, sodium bicarbonate, soda ash, and 200 proof ethanol.
