29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: (a) An orange 14 gauge electrical extension cord running from the onsite generator and plugged into an electrical cord providing power to EMI inspection equipment had damaged and exposed electrical wiring. The secondary insulation of the cord was pulled away from the plug strain relief exposing the electrical wires. This exposed employees to an electrical shock hazard.
