29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv): Employee training did not include the details of the hazard communication program developed by the employer, including an explanation of the labeling system and the material safety data sheet, and how employees can obtain and use the appropriate hazard information: (Construction Reference: 1926.59) a) At 201 W. Glenn Ave., Auburn, Alabama: On or about June 15, 2017 and at times prior; the employer exposed employees to hazardous chemicals and substances such as but not limited to Portland Cement, cement board mesh, polystyrene and polyblend sound grout without providing information and training on the Global Harmonization System as required by the standard.
