29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means. On or about June 10, 2017, an subcontractors employee was exposed to live electrical current of up to 27KV. The employee was subcontracted to drill three, 5 inch holes in the concrete floor of a large electrical cabinet located at 375 Victoria Road, Youngstown, Ohio 44515. The employee entered the cabinet without any form of protection.
