29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7): Industrial trucks were not examined before being placed in service: On or about June 7, 2017, at 2081 Eatonton Road, Madison, Georgia, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards by not examining the forklifts prior to allowing operators to utilize them throughout the shift for loading/unloading operations.
