29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use. On or about June 7, 2017 at 2081 Eatonton Road, Madison, Georgia, where employees washing trucks were exposed to chemicals, to include but not limited to SC-675, AB-Concentrate, and Brown soap, the employer did not maintain Safety Data Sheets for the employees to reference and protect themselves from the hazards associated with those chemicals.
