29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. On or about June 7, 2017 at 2081 Eatonton Road, Madison, Georgia, employees that handled acids and other corrosives chemicals, to include but not limited to, SG-675, AG-Concentrate, and Brown Soap were exposed to skin and eye damage when an emergency eyewash and shower were not provided.
