29 CFR 1910.140(c)(13)(i): Anchorages were not capable of supporting at least 5000 pounds (22.2 kN) for each employee attached. On or about June 7, 2017, at 2081 Eatonton Road, Madison, Georgia, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 11 feet in that the selected anchorage, top lid of truck, was not inspected to be able to support at least 5000 pounds and was used while an employee was inspecting the inside of a container vessel.
