29 CFR 1910.176(c): Storage areas were not kept free from accumulation of materials that constituted hazards from tripping, fire, explosion or pest harborage: FLAMMABLE STORAGE CABINETS: On or about and at times prior to June 5, 2017, incompatible chemicals were stored together in a flammable cabinet. Such chemicals included, but were not limited to, Category 2 Flammable Liquids and acidic electroplating solutions.
