29 CFR 1910.126(e): Cyanide tanks were not provided with a dike or other safeguard to prevent cyanide from mixing with an acid if the dip tank were to fail: ELECTROPLATING STATIONS: On or about and at times prior to June 5, 2017, glass beakers containing cyanide-based electroplating solutions were adjacent to glass beakers of acidic plating solutions. The beakers were not provided with secondary containment to prevent the possible comingling of cyanide and acid if the contents of the beakers were to spill.
