29 CFR 1910.265(c)(5)(ii): Stairways were not provided with a standard handrail on at least one side or on any open side: a) Sawmill - Bucksaw; on or about May 31, 2017 and at times prior thereto, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 4 feet 10.5 inches to the ground below in that the employer failed to equip the stairway leading to the bucksaw with standard railing.
