29 CFR 1910.272(m)(1)(i): Regularly scheduled inspections of at least the mechanical and safety control equipment associated with dryers, grain stream processing equipment, dust collection equipment including filter collectors, and bucket elevators were not accomplished: On or about May 17, 2017 through May 29, 2017, the employer did not develop preventative maintenance procedures pertaining to mechanical equipment for the Expander #5 fluid bed dryer (employer ID #M16012) located on the 1st floor of C mill.
