Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to the hazard of being struck by suspended loads hoisted by the hydraulic crane used during placement of the roof trusses in the roof completion area of the Warehouse Building due to unintended motion of the hoisted roof truss. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is to ensure that the following practices are followed in the workplace: (a)Provide and utilize a tag line attached to all long loads, as specified by paragraphs 3.2.3 (o) of the American National Standards Institute standard B30.15-1973 Mobile Hydraulic Cranes;
