29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: a) Saw Mill - underneath / bottom floor; On or about May 24, 2017 and at times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to electrical hazards in that employees were required to walk and work around an LB conduit body near the chip belt vibrator motor (back of the saw mill area closest to train) that had an unused opening not effectively closed.
