29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasions: a) Planer Mill; On or about May 24, 2017 and at times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to electrical hazards in that employees were required to walk and work around exposed electrical conductors entering a motor connector box on the Roll Take Line that was not protected from abrasion. b) Planer Mill; On or about May 24, 2017 and at times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to electrical hazards in that employees were required to walk and work around exposed electrical conductors pulled loose from conduit near the rollers that go to the strapper; these conductors were not protected from abrasion.
