29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition. a) Saw Mill; On or about May 24, 2017 and at times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to slip, trip, and possible fire hazards in that employees were required to walk and work in an area that had used oil bottles, paper boxes, saw dust, cloth and other trash piled up. Dudley Lumber Company, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 784181, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 19, 2012, with respect to a workplace East Alabama Lumber Company, Inc. located at 910 9th Avenue SE, Layfayette AL.
